We were fortunate enough to steal a moment away from her packed schedule to ask her how she manages to chill out and what’s next on her travel agenda.
Hey Steph, what’s the most amazing city you’ve visited in the world?
Barcelona or Melbourne! I love the vibe of a city so close to the sea. They both remind me of summer in London and I LOVE IT!
Share with us a hidden gem you’ve uncovered during your travels.
Milos, a little Greek Island. It’s buzzing with culture and personality but is no where near as busy as most of the greek islands. The food is super vegan friendly, the views are INSANE and there is so much to do. There’s amazing hiking trails where you can explore all the volcanic rock, see over 70 different beaches and adventure through the sulphur mines.
What’s in your suitcase? Tell us about your travel essentials.
A speaker! I always play music when I’m getting ready.
A moisturising face mask for the plane.
SNACKS! You never know when you’ll get hungry haha.
Resistance bands to keep active whilst I’m away.
Extension Cable. It means you only need 1 adaptor!
We’re all about experiences that blow you away and stay with you always. Do you have a favourite travel memory?
I was staying on Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays and we got a little sea plane over the great barrier reef. It was such a stunning view! Part of the reef was called ‘Heart Reef’ and was in the shape of a heart. From there we landed on a derelict beach where we were the only people on it and stopped for a picnic. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.
What’s the most breathtaking view you’ve encountered?
Flying over the 12 apostles in Australia, waking up in the Maldives and seeing the perfect, screen saver views or hiking the rocks of Sarakino in Milos.
Where/what is next on your bucket list?
There are so many places! But next of the hit list is Slovenia for the kayaking, canyoning, hikes, national parks and views or New York!
Koh Samui, Thailand
Maldives, South Asia
Grampions National Park, Victoria, Australia
